I was born in January 1970. Already as a child, the building block was my favorite, so the direction was clear to me, I graduated as an architect in Pécs. I have been running a construction business since 1995, so I got to know my current partners, Zoltan Oravecz and Zsolt Kristóffy. We have been working with Zoltan since 1996, we also met Zsolt at a construction site many years ago. Our relationship - especially recently - is of a daily nature, so the idea of ​​a joint association has come up several times in our conversations. The common language and harmony is a huge advantage in this sector during a major job, so our joint venture called Cserszeg Immo Ltd. was recently established, within the framework of which we place the main emphasis on the construction of family houses and condominiums. In the construction industry, we are all "at home", running the entire process from dreams to design to realization. In essence, this guarantee that our projects will be completed on time in all cases. However, our own assets and the stable presence of our employees ensure that we are not affected by the negative processes that sometimes make the construction sector vulnerable. Cserszegtomaj is also a settlement of possibilities for us. Its location, construction and historical atmosphere also reflect the approach we would like to suggest with our houses: airiness, openness and a sense of quality of life.

I am Zsolt Kristóffy, the proud father of three children. In addition to this important profession, I have run my own company for 25 years, mainly in the field of industrial construction and operation services. The construction industry has been a part of my life for decades, so in addition to work and family, I also earned three engineering degrees. As a family father and a responsible business leader, I consider financial stability to be very important, and a permanent customer base with whom I have maintained a continuous, trusting and friendly relationship for many years is essential for this. Not to mention this, in recent years I have had a need for a new adventure, a new challenge next to the beloved Lake Balaton. Cserszeg Immo Ltd. opens the way for new perspectives, a new perspective for me, but as always in my life, on a stable financial basis, with equity, so that we can always shake hands with our customers from the first moment until the handover.

I'm Zoltán Oravecz. I work as a carpenter, I do roofing and tinning. I’ve been spending most of my days on the rooftops for 25 years now, so I can proudly say that since 1996, I’ve brought “countless” construction projects under the roof. I currently live in Cserszegtomaj with my family, so I can be present every day during the different phases of construction. With my local experience and creativity, I help our joint venture, Cserszeg Immo Ltd., where the names of Attila Soós and Zsolt Kristóffy are a guarantee of maximum quality for me. The three of us dreamed of this company after finding a beautiful, promising place in Cserszegtomaj, rich in panorama and historical past, where we can build houses and unique homes that reflect the tastes of our small team for real families, for whom stability and quality are also important.
